Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

Please double-check all info before placing your order.

  • A photo of the issue

🔁 Replacement Process

If approved, we’ll send a free replacement — no return required. We don’t refund original shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

📦 Package Didn’t Arrive?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t get it:

  • Check with neighbors or local post office

  • Contact us after 72 hours if it still hasn’t turned up
